Late Arrival
We kindly ask all participants to arrive on time for their scheduled classes to ensure a smooth experience for everyone.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you may not be allowed to join the session, and the studio will not extend the class time to make up for missed instruction. Due to the structured nature of our classes, it is not possible to join the process once it has started. If you do arrive late, you will only be able to participate in the second part of the lesson, if applicable.

Participants must follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by the studio staff.

The studio provides all necessary materials and tools for the sessions.
Any damage to studio tools or equipment caused by negligence will be the responsibility of the participant.

Homer Hai reserves the right to photograph or record sessions for promotional purposes.
If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform the studio in advance.
Language of Instruction
Homer Hai offers classes in both Hebrew and English.
Participants acknowledge that classes may be conducted in either language based on the instructor's discretion and the composition of the group.
If English is not suitable for a participant, it is their responsibility to inform Homer Hai in advance during the booking process.
Completed Work
While we strive to ensure that student pieces are crafted with care, the nature of ceramics involves inherent risks. Homer Hai cannot be held responsible for any undesired outcomes, including cracking, breakage, misfires, or deviations from your original expectations
Note: The studio provides the service ‘workshop/class’ and not the piece itself. The service setup consists of experience, guiding/assisting from teachers during the time, all the needed equipment and materials to create a piece. We are not responsible for the piece you create with us while learning.
Storage
We have a strict 60 days storage policy. This includes thrown work waiting to be trimmed, bisque work waiting to be glazed, as well as finished work waiting to be collected.
If pieces are not collected within this time frame, they will either be discarded or donated. If you cannot collect your finished work within this time frame, please let us know in advance, and we are happy to make alternative arrangements.
Notification and Collection of Artwork
Homer Hai does not commit to calling or informing participants when their pieces are ready for collection.
Participants are required to send pictures of their ceramics from the class to Homer Hai within three weeks of the session.
Homer Hai will confirm whether the artwork is ready for collection or if additional time is needed.
It is the participant's responsibility to follow this notification process and to collect their finished pieces within the specified time frame.
