• Booking Your Session • To book a session, you must be a registered member and logged into your account. All session bookings require a request. When submitting your booking request through the form, you'll have the option to adjust the time of your selected slot if needed. After we receive your request, we'll check the availability of your preferred time. You'll then be notified via email regarding the status of your booking: Booking Confirmed: If your requested time slot is available, you'll receive a confirmation email. Time Slot Unavailable: If your requested time slot is not available, you'll receive a notification email. Each confirmed session will be redeemed from your active Member Plan. • Rescheduling or Canceling a Session• You may reschedule or cancel a booked session up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
